Senior Design project consists of two consecutive courses: Design 1 and Design 2. In Design 1, students form their project teams, develop ideas for a design solution to an engineering problem, find related faculty advisors from the EE department, and use their engineering skills to develop a project plan and design report. In Design 2, students create a design prototype, prepare and publish a hardware demonstration video, and present their final project prototypes with a poster to a team of industrial and faculty judges. Both of these courses are offered by two different instructors and in complete synchronization to help students prepare for their future workplace.
